Shortening the Gap

Today let us talk about one of the advantages of social media, that directly affects us, students.

Before coming to the advantage. Let us think about the time before social media became available to us. People only had phones to contact their friends and family. They would not be able to see them if they live far away until they visit them.  

If we take us, the international students into account, if we were in that spot, it would have been really troublesome. We all miss our family, imagine not being able to see them, not being able to show them your face. Social media has shortened that bridge for us and has made living far away from friends and family a little easier.
